1. Diagnostics & Testing Warranty

We stand behind our evaluations. If a device has undergone our hardware verification test and displays recurring issues within 90 days, we will perform a secondary inspection at no additional charge.

2. Component Service Support

All component services (including displays, touch panels, charging ports, and battery modules) are covered by a 90-day parts performance guarantee. This guarantee covers defects in the component's functionality under normal usage but does not apply to accidental drop stress or physical impacts post-service.

3. Refund Requests

Diagnostic booking fee deposits are fully refundable if requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled intake slot. Completed testing, evaluations, and hardware audit services are non-refundable once the physical diagnostic report is issued.
